Welcome to our family of friendly, professional dog and pet services! We're dedicated to providing safe, enjoyable walks, boarding and drop-in visits for your furry friends. To ensure the best experience for all, we adhere to the following guidelines:

Dog Eligibility:

  • Breed and Behavior: We focus on walking dogs that are manageable in size and temperament. We typically do not walk aggressive breeds or large dogs that are prone to pulling excessively, as these can be challenging for us to handle safely. However, we understand that every dog is unique, and we are willing to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

  • Meet and Greet: We love to meet every new client and their dog before starting our services. Scheduling a first walk is the perfect way for us to meet you and your best friend, ensuring a good fit for all parties.

  • Location: For dog walking in your neighborhood, we serve the Sunset, Richmond, Pacific Heights, Golden Gate Heights, Parkside, Lakeshore, Lakeside, Forest Hill & Extension, West Portal, Sunnyside, and Monterey Heights neighborhoods. For boarding with us, we located in the Inner Sunset.

Payment Methods:

  • We accept payments via Venmo or personal checks, making it convenient for you to settle your bills in a way that works best for you.

Booking and Scheduling:

  • Our services are in high demand during holidays and vacation periods. To ensure we have a spot for your dog, we recommend booking several months in advance. This helps us provide the best care possible and keeps your holiday schedules stress-free. Text to 415-225-6204 to request and confirm bookings.

  • Booking Through Rover.com: You can also schedule our services through Rover.com. Please note that prices on Rover.com may be higher due to service fees.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Boarding: Cancel at least 2 weeks in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 weeks are subject to a 50% fee.

  • Walking: Cancel at least 1 day in advance to avoid charges. Same-day cancellations incur a 50% fee.

  • Note: Rover’s cancellation policy applies to bookings made through Rover.com.
